Modifications to the Administrative Instructions under the PCT

The Administrative Instructions under the PCT have been revised, with effect from 1 January 2010, in order to implement provisions of the PCT Regulations which permit the applicant to request that priority documents be obtained by receiving Offices and the International Bureau from digital libraries rather than having to be supplied directly by the applicant (for further information, see “WIPO Digital Access Service for Priority Documents (DAS)”, above).  The modifications consist of the addition of new Sections 715 and 716.
