| Abstract: | The patent describes a system and a method for controlling and adjusting printing stations (12) in a rotary printing machine (10). The method comprises the steps of carrying out the printing of given super imposable graphical symbols (38, 38') on the same predetermined portion of the continuous band (20) to be printed, carrying out the reading of the graphical symbols (38, 38') by at least one optoelectronic reader (24) identifying, with a single data acquisition operation by an electronic processor (26) connected to the optoelectronic reader (24), the deviation of each graphical symbol (38) with respect to the position of a reference graphical symbol (38') printed by the first of the printing stations (12) and sending the information relative to the deviations to a control device (32) to carry out the alignment of the printing stations (12). | |||||||||||
