PCT User Survey

WIPO is conducting a survey in order to obtain feedback from the PCT user community and to assess user satisfaction in respect of all aspects of the PCT system.  This survey will provide WIPO with valuable input on the needs, expectations and experiences of the PCT user community, thereby allowing WIPO to improve existing practices and levels of service delivery.
