| Titre de la réunion |  : Ad hoc Intergovernmental Meeting on Genetic Resources and Disclosure Requirements
This meeting is convened in accordance with the decision of the WIPO General Assembly for an ad hoc meeting to consider and discuss the revised version of a draft examination of issues relating to the interrelation of access to genetic resources and disclosure requirements in intellectual property rights applications, in response to an invitation to WIPO by the Conference of Parties of the Convention on Biological Diversity.
Invitations: Open to WIPO Member States and observers accredited to the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC), Standing Committee on the Law of Patents (SCP) and the Working Group on the Reform of the PCT. : Réunion intergouvernementale ad hoc sur les ressources génétiques et l'obligation de divulgation
Cette réunion fait suite à la décision prise par l’Assemblée générale de l’OMPI de convoquer une réunion ad hoc en vue d’examiner et de discuter la version révisée d’un projet d’étude sur la problématique des liens entre l’accès aux ressources génétiques et les exigences de divulgation dans les demandes de titres de propriété intellectuelle, en réponse à une invitation faite à l’OMPI par la Conférence des Parties à la Convention sur la diversité biologique.
Invitations: ouvert aux États membres de l’OMPI et aux observateurs accrédités auprès du Comité intergouvernemental de la propriété intellectuelle relative aux ressources génétiques, aux savoirs traditionnels et au folklore, du Comité permanent du droit des brevets (SCP) et du Groupe de travail sur la réforme du PCT.
 : Reunión Intergubernamental ad hoc sobre los Recursos Genéticos y los Requisitos de Divulgación
Se ha convocado esta reunión conforme a la decisión de la Asamblea General de la OMPI con el propósito de examinar la versión revisada de un proyecto de examen de las cuestiones de la relación mutua entre el acceso a los recursos genéticos y los requisitos de divulgación en las solicitudes de derechos de propiedad intelectual, en respuesta a una invitación dirigida a la OMPI por la Conferencia de las Partes en el Convenio sobre la Diversidad Biológica.
Invitaciones: Abierta a los Estados miembros de la OMPI y a los observadores acreditados ante el Comité Intergubernamental sobre Propiedad Intelectual y Recursos Genéticos, Conocimientos Tradicionales y Folclore, el Comité Permanente sobre el Derecho de Patentes (SCP) y el Grupo de Trabajo sobre la Reforma del PCT.
