| Título de la reunión |  : Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications
The International Symposium on Geographical Indications is organized every other year by WIPO in cooperation with an interested Member State. It brings together representatives of Member States’ administrations, producers of GI products and specialists in the field of geographical indications. The Symposium is a forum for an exchange of ideas and views on various issues relating to the use and protection of geographical indications. The Symposium will offer insights into the technicalities of the subject as well as providing information on recent developments in this field. WIPO and the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) of Thailand jointly organize the 2013 Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications, in Bangkok, Thailand, from March 27 to 29. : Colloque mondial sur les indications géographiques
Le Colloque mondial sur les indications géographiques est organisé tous les deux ans par l’OMPI en coopération avec un État membre intéressé. Il réunit les représentants des administrations des États membres, des fabricants de produits protégés au titre d’indications géographiques, et des spécialistes dans le domaine des indications géographiques. Le colloque sert de cadre à l’échange d’idées et de points de vue sur diverses questions relatives à l’utilisation et à la protection des indications géographiques. Le colloque fournira des indications sur certains aspects techniques de la question ainsi que sur les développements récents dans ce domaine. L’OMPI et le Département de Propriété Intellectuelle (DIP) de Thaïlande organisent conjointement le Colloque mondial de 2013 sur les indications géographiques, à Bangkok, Thaïlande, du 27 au 29 mars.
