Revision Policy and Procedure of the Reformed IPC – Limitations and Perspectives Mr. Antonios Farassopoulos, Head, Classification and Industrial Property Standards Service, WIPO In the course of the reform process, the IPC was divided into two levels – henceforth called the core and advanced levels. Each of these levels has its own policies, procedures and governing bodies. The presentation highlights the impact of the division of the IPC on its revision process on its publication and offers some perspectives on the future of the IPC.
