Fan Zhiyong Deputy Director of IPR Department Huawei Technologies Co. Shenzhen

Fan Zhiyong is the Deputy Director of Intellectual Property Rights Department of Huawei Technologies, Co., Ltd. His responsibility covers supervising internal training, business workflow and IT support of global prosecution, managing the offshore patent departments in the US and Europe, etc. Besides, Mr. Fan also participated in a number of IPR dispute dissolving cases.

Fan Zhiyong has been worked for Huawei for approximately 10 years. Before joining the IPR department, Mr. Fan worked in R&D and Marketing department of Huawei. Mr. Fan holds the bachelor’s degree of Communication Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
