Peter took the lead in establishing the UK Intellectual Property Office Mediation Service in 2006. His mediation experience is primarily in Intellectual Property including Copyright. He has assisted in mediations in a number of other areas including construction, insurance, professional negligence, family disputes and mediation of workplace disputes. He has also participated in ACAS mediation and arbitration.
