Mrs. Betina Sand is Senior Advisor in Policy and Legal Division of the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. Her current function includes analysis and general policy and strategies on IPR, primarily on national matters.

Betina Sand has worked in the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, which the Danish Patent and Trademark Office is a part of, for 8 years: Prior to the engagement at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office she worked at the Danish Competition Authority and prior to that she worked at the Danish Statistical Office (Statistics Denmark).
