Mr. Hao Zhou

Hao Zhou started working on WIPO patent statistics related projects as a statistical analyst in 2002. Before that date, he has worked for eight years as an examination unit coordinator within the PCT Operations Division.

From 1983 to 1994, Hao Zhou was a patent examiner in the Chinese Patent Office.
