Paper Form

International applications, responses to irregularity notices and subsequent designations may be filed electronically. An Electronic Form could be found at http://teasi.uspto.gov/. If filing on paper, the MM2(E) form must be used.

The Office accepts and transmits application fees to WIPO when filed electronically with the Office.
Handling charge:
(1) for certifying an international application based on a single basic application or registration, per class - 100.00 USD;
(2) for certifying an international application based on more than one basic application or registration, per class – 150.00 USD;
(3) for transmitting a subsequent designation - 100.00 USD.
USPTO does not accept international fees concerning a response to an irregularity notice.
