The opposition by third parties to be filed in a three months period of time.
Starting from the date of the notification that the ex officio examination had been completed.

Three months from the date of issue of notification by the Office (extendable).

Internal hearing at the Appellate Chamber of the Office, the decision of which is reviewed at the relevant court.
