Nice Classification	The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.
Representation before the Office	Local representation is required. A list of local representatives is available from the Office, on request.
Collective and Guarantee Marks	No specific requirements.
Replacement	Recording of a replacement takes place upon request, filed with the Office. A fee of 100 CHF is required. The national mark is not canceled and continues to exist alongside the international registration.
Transformation	No specific requirements.
Maintenance Requirement	Not required.
Licenses	Through assignments and registered user recordings.
