Article 55 of the National Law No 8
It is conditioned to record an authorization contract to be registered or ratified by the competent bodies.
Authorization shall not be valid before others unless it is recorded in the Mark Registry at the Directorate and after paying the defined duty.
The delay of reistering this contract beyond 90 days as of the authorization contract shall be subject to an extra duty. It shall be published as defined in this law and the Executive Regulation therefore.
Authorization contract shall have to contain the terms that ensure the owner's control of the products or services quality.
