The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification, but only for the goods and services which are considered to be included in the heading of this class.

If transformation takes place within the refusal period of 18 months, the Office examines the mark. If transformation takes place after this period, there is no examination.
Transformation fee:
1. for an individual trademark up to 3 classes of goods and services 165, 50 EUR
2. for a collective trademark up to 3 classes of goods and services 331,50 EUR
3. for an individual or collective trademark, for each class of goods and services exceeding 3 classes 16,50 EUR

None.

Recording in the International register of a trademark license in relation to an international registration is effective in the Slovak Republic.
