The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.

Local representation is required.

Regulations governing the use of the mark must be sent directly to the Office within three months from the date of provisional refusal.

No specific requirements.

If the period for refusal of the cancelled mark has expired, the Office examines only on formalities. If the cancellation of the mark is within the period of refusal, a full examination is conducted.
No transformation fee.

Not required.

Recording in the International Register of a trademarks license related to an international registration does not have effect in Slovenia.
