Nice Classification	The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.
Representation before the Office	Local representation is required. List of local representatives.
Collective and Guarantee Marks	No specific requirements.
Replacement	No specific requirements.
Transformation	The Office examines the transformed mark only on formalities. Transformation fee: 4500 dinars; for each class after the third: 600 dinars.
Maintenance Requirement	Not required.
Licenses	Recording in the International Register of a trademark license related to an international registration is effective in the Republic of Serbia.
