The regulations governing the use of the collective and guarantee mark must be sent within three months as from the date of notification by the Office.

No specific requirements.

The Office examines the transformed mark only on formalities.
The normal application fees are payable: for black and white marks: 140 Euro, 220 Euro in color: 220 Euro and for each additional class beyond the second: 50 Euro.
