The Office republishes notifications of international registration, received from the International Bureau in “Biuletyn Urzędu Patentowego”.

Absolute and relative grounds.

After registration, for third parties, six months as from the date of publication in “Wiadomości Urzędu Patentowego” (non-extendable).

Five months from the date of receipt of the provisional refusal (extendable).

In case of a refusal issued by the Office there is a possibility of lodging a request for reexamination in the Office. A complaint to this decision may be requested at the Regional Administrative Court.
