Republication	The Office does not republish notifications of international registration, subsequent designation or renewal received from the International Bureau.
Examination Procedure	Absolute and relative grounds.
Opposition Procedure	Absolute and relative grounds. Two months from the date of publication in WIPO Gazette (extendable).
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	Two months from the date of receipt of the WIPO Gazette, by the Office.
Administrative and judicial remedies in case of refusal issued by the Office	Subsection 26 - 30 of the Trademarks Act deals with opposition to registration whether emanating from refusal or otherwise.
