Republication	The publication of the internatioanl registration of a trademark in the Gazette of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization shall be considered a publication of the trademark registration in Montenegro.
Examination Procedure	Absolute grounds only.
Opposition Procedure	Three months starting from the first day of the month following the month indicated in the WIPO Gazette (non-extendable). In case of a refusal of protection or opposition, there is a possibility of appeal at the Ministry of Economy as a second instance. The said decision may be reviewed by the relevant court.
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	60 days from the date of the notification fohte refusal. (According to the draft of the new law on Trademarks of Montenegro, the time limit for responding to provisional refusals shall be 4 months).
