Examination Procedure	Absolute grounds only. Law on Trademarks and Indications of Geographical Origin, Chapter III, Section 6
Opposition Procedure	Four months from the date of publication of the international mark in the WIPO Gazette (non-extendable). Law on Trademarks and Indications of Geographical Origin, Chapter III, Sections 7 - 9 International Registration of Trademarks, Chapter VIII
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	Three months from the date of receipt of the provisional refusal (extendable).
