The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.

Recording of replacement takes place upon written request, filed with the Office. A fee of 240 LTL is required.

The Office carries out full examination of the transformed mark as if it were a regular national application.
A transformation fee of 240 LTL for one class and 120 LTL for each additional class is required.

Recording in the International Register of a trademark license related to an international registration does not have effect in Lithuania. The national law provides for recording in the National Register of a license related to international registration ( Article 44 of the Law on Trademarks).
