Republication	The Office does not republish notifications of international registration, subsequent designation or renewal received from the International Bureau.
Examination Procedure	No substantive examination. Absolute grounds only.
Opposition Procedure	If there is a similar mark for goods/services in that class. If after publication there has been an opposition decided in the applicant's favour. Three months starting on the date of publication in the WIPO Gazette (extendable).
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	Twelve to eighteen months from the date of notification by the International Bureau.
Administrative and judicial remedies in case of refusal issued by the Office	Application to the High court.
