Nice Classification	The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.
Representation before the Office	Local representation is required. List of trademark agents is available from the Association of Trademarks Agents of the DPR of Korea.
Collective and Guarantee Marks	No special requirements.
Replacement	No special procedure.
Transformation	If the Office has not examined the mark, which is the subject of a request for transformation, it carries out full examination.
Maintenance Requirement	Not required.
