The Office accepts all of the class headings of Nice Classification. |
| Representation before the Office |
Local representation or domiciled in Italy is required. |
| Collective and Guarantee Marks |
Regulations governing the use of the mark must be sent to the Office within three months from the date of the notification to that effect by the Office |

No special procedure. |
| Transformation |
The application for registration of a mark, which is a result of a request for transformation, is subject to the usual examination procedure. |

Not required. |
| Licenses |
The license is noted down in the official register to be know by third parties. |
