| Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal |
Six months from the date of notification by the Hungarian Patent Office but not later than the expiry of one year plus one day from the date of notification by WIPO (extendable). |

The decision of the Hungarian Office of a refusal of protection may be reviewed at the Metropolitan Court . |
