Recording of replacement takes place upon request, filed with the Office. The national mark is not cancelled and continues to exist alongside the international registration. |
| Transformation |
If the cancelled trademarks enjoys protection in Croatia the Office examines only on formalities. If the cancellation of the mark is within the period of examination procedure for Croatia, a full examination is conducted. |
