The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.

Local representation is required. A list of trademark attorneys is available from the Office.

Regulations governing the use of the mark must be received by the Office within two months from the date of designation in the international application.

Replacement takes place upon written request with the Office.

The Office examines application resulting from transformation as a national application.

Not required.
