Opposition Procedure	Two months commencing on the first day of publication in the WIPO Gazette (non-extendable). Article R712-16 of the Intellectual Property Code and Decree of January 31, 1992 Article R717-6 of the Intellectual Property Code
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	Two months from the date of issue of notification from the Office (extendable).
Administrative and judicial remedies in case of refusal issued by the Office	Articles R411-19 - R411-26 of the Intellectual Property Code
