The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.

Local representation is required.

Regulations governing the use of a collective mark must be sent to the Office within twelve weeks (extendable).

Recording of replacement takes place upon written request, filed with the Office. A fee of 60 Euro is required.

A request for transformation will be examined as a regular application. National application fees are payable (application fee 215 Euro, additional class fee 80 Euro for each class in excess of three).
