Republication	The Office republishes in the Trademark Gazette of Finland for opposition international registrations which take effect in Finland. The information concerning renewal and expiry of international registrations having effect in Finland is also published.
Examination Procedure	Absolute and relative grounds.
Opposition Procedure	Absolute and relative grounds. Two months from the date of publication of the international registration in the Trademark Gazette of Finland (non-extendable). Fee for filing an opposition to a registration is 215 Euro.
Time Limit for Responding to Provisional Refusal	Twelve weeks from the date of refusal (extendable).
Administrative and judicial remedies in case of refusal issued by the Office	Appeal to the Board of Appeal. Appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court (Judicial remedies in district court of Helsinki)
