| Nice Classification |
The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification. According to the Danish practice, class headings do not cover all goods and services in a class. Only the specific goods and services mentioned in a class heading are covered by that class heading. |
| Representation before the Office |
Representation is not mandatory. |
| Collective and Guarantee Marks |
Regulations governing the use of the mark must be sent to the Office within the time limit specified in the provisional refusal issued by the Office in that regard (time limit extendable). |
| Replacement |
The Office takes note of the replacement upon request from the holder. |
| Transformation |
The Office examines the transformed mark as a normal application. However, if the Office has accepted the territorial effect of the designation prior to the request for transformation, it will examine the application only on formalities. |
| Maintenance Requirement |
None. |
| Licenses |
Recording in the International Register of a trademark license related to an international registration is effective in Denmark. |
