The regulations governing the use of a collective mark must be sent to the Office within three months from the date of application. The Office does not accept guarantee and certification marks.

The application resulting from transformation constitutes an ordinary national application ruled by the Law Decree 203 and the Regulations of the Law Decree. The Office examines the transformed mark only on formalities.
Transformation fee of 100 CHF is required.
