Notification of opposition must be presented within a time period of 30 days from the date of publication in the “Industrial Property Bulletin”

For the first action of provisional refusal: 60 working days.
If based on an opposition: 30 working days.
In the case of a refusal: one month and 10 days.
In the case of an opposition, extensions shall be limited to a period of 30 additional working days.
The consequences for failing to respond within the above-mentioned time period.
For the first action of provisional refusal: abandonment.
If based on an opposition: no negative consequences.
In the case of a refusal: final refusal decision.
