The Office accepts all the class headings of the Nice Classification.

Regulations governing the use of the mark must be received by the Office within three months from the date of international registration.

Replacement takes place upon written request with the Office. No fee is payable

The Office examines applications resulting from transformation as a national application.
Transformation fees: 1000 Yuan for application in one class within 10 goods or services items, 100 Yuan for one additional item.

Not required

The trademark license contract shall be submitted to the Trademark Office for record. The recordal of license shall be filed through an agency in China.
