Within a period of 15 days from the date on which the holder, or his appointed representative, received from the International Bureau of WIPO the notification of such a refusal. |

If the holder is not satisfied with the refusal/oposition, he can apply for review before the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China (SAIC). If he is still not satisfied with the decision by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the Trademark Office of the SAIC, he can appeal before the People's Court. |
