The Office republishes notifications of international registration, subsequent designation or renewal received from the International Bureau.

Absolute grounds.

Between the 6th and the 9th month starting on the date of the republication of the international registration and the subsequent designation in the Official Gazette of the Patent Office of Bulgaria.

Three months following the date of notification of refusal by the Office (extendable for further three months).

Administrative procedure for a review in the Patent Office stipulated in Art. 42 of Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications. These decisions may be appealed in the Administrative Court.
