Nice Classification	The Office accepts all of the class headings of the Nice Classification.
Representation before the Office	Representation by a patent attorney registered with the Office is required. List of patent attorneys.
Collective and Guarantee Marks	No requirements.
Replacement	No special procedure.
Transformation	The Office carries out the usual examination of the application filed on the base of the transformed international mark. The normal fees are required.
Maintenance Requirement	None.
Licenses	Recording in the International Register of a trademark license does not have effect in Armenia. However, the national law provides for the recording in the National register of licenses related to international registration.
