Launch of New eHague Workbench

December 19, 2023

Have you ever wanted to see a detailed view of your international design registrations with the Hague System? Now you can!

We recently updated the eHague Workbench to provide you with a complete digital overview of your design registrations. What’s more, you can also add registrations to your workbench, allowing to have a complete view of registrations of which you are an applicant, holder, or representative.

What can you do now?

With the new eHague Workbench, you can view a list of all registrations associated with your WIPO Account and relevant data, including registration date, publication date, product indication, registration number, and the details of the holders and representatives. Provided you are authorized, you can securely add registrations to your account (such as those submitted by a colleague in the same company) and new transaction types, such as correction certificates, are now available to download right from your eHague Workbench.

How can you use the new eHague Workbench?

It’s very easy to use the new workbench! Learn more in our tutorial.

What can you do later?

We will continue to evolve the eHague Workbench and soon in 2024 you will be able to share international design registrations digitally and securely with your connections (learn more about connections here)! You will be able to specify if your connections can edit or view the registration and if they can delegate rights further. It will make managing your international designs registration portfolio among your colleagues even safer and easier. Check back soon for more details!

Reminder! Benefits of using eHague Services:

  • Reduced irregularities at the time of filing:
  • faster processing of requests;
  • automatic confirmations;
  • real-time status updates;
  • central and secure access to all your transactions;
  • and more.

How can you get help?
