From basic information on where you can obtain protection, who can use the Hague System and what the benefits are, through to a step-by-step overview of how to apply for protection, the Kit covers all the essentials, to ensure a better understanding of international design protection.

  • We’ve added some interactive cost scenarios – comparing international fees with domestic fees – illustrating at a glance what savings can be made by filing through the Hague System.

  • The Kit links to all our top online Hague System tools and supporting resources and learning materials so that when you are ready, you can dive deeper.

  • And, a special section of the Kit provides mini features on our Designs in Action stories, illustrating how some of the designs protected by the Hague System are used in real life. We will regularly update this section as more stories become available.

Print versions of the Kit are available for quick reference, no matter where you are.
