The Office accepts to collect and forward fees payable to the International Bureau. If the Office prepares the international application, a fee of 700 LEI applies. |
| Transmittal Fee |
A fee of 100 EUR applies, if the Office sends the internatonal application, as an intermediary, to the Internatonal Bureau. Reduced fees apply if the applicant is a natural person and the creator (15 per cent from the established fee), or if the applicant is a natural person but not the creator (35 per cent from the established fee), or if an enterprise meets the criteria of an SME (35 per cent from the established fee). |
