Hague Information Notices
If an International Application is Filed through the Office
The Office accepts to collect and forward fees payable to the International Bureau.
A fee of US$100 applies, if the Office sends the international application, as an intermediary, to the International Bureau, as well as US$40 for filing an application; US$20 for filing of variants from 2 to 10; US$25 for filing of variants above 10.
Procedures Applying when this Contracting Party is Designated
The Office republishes the international registration, after examination, in Kyrgyz and Russian in the national IP Bulletin at:
The Office carries out a substantive examination on patentability conditions, for novelty and originality before publication.
|Time Limit for Responding to Refusal||
Three months from the date of receipt of the notification (non-extendable).
|Effect as Grant of Protection||
The international registration has the effect as a grant of protection as from the international registration date.
The creator of the industrial design must be a natural person.
|Representation before the Office||
Holders of international registrations may appear directly before the Office in respect of all matters. A list of local attorneys is available from the Office or at:
