Three months from the date of receipt of the notification (non-extendable). |
| Effect as Grant of Protection |
The international registration has the effect as a grant of protection as from the international registration date. |
| Representation before the Office |
Holders of international registrations may appear directly before the Office in respect of all matters. A list of local attorneys is available from the Office or at: |
| Fees payable on division of the international registration |
US$40 for filing an application; US$20 for filing of variants from 2 to 10; US$25 for filing of variants above 10. |
