Examination Procedure	The Office does not carry out a substantive examination.
Opposition Period	None.
Time Limit for Responding to Refusal	None.
Effect as Grant of Protection	The international registration has the effect as a grant of protection as from the international registration date.
Representation before the Office	Holders of international registrations may act or file documents directly before the Office for matters related to international filings. The Office does not maintain a list of registered agents. A list of registered agents may be obtained from the Bar Association of Athens or from the Bar Association of Piraeus.
Fees payable on division of the international registration	Not applicable.
