Use this form to submit to the International Bureau a comment on an existing proposal for change to the standard for the electronic filing and processing of international applications under the PCT. See Change Procedure for the procedure by which proposals are considered. Proposals are made available by the International Bureau as PFC files. Comments will be included as Annexes to the PFC files concerned. A separate form is available to submit a new proposal.
