Non-original Databases – Studies
WIPO has prepared or commissioned number of studies on the topic of protection of non-original databases. These analyses and studies were created by remarkable experts in the field and serve as a useful tool giving Member States information necessary to adopt appropriate policies in relation to protection of non-original databases.
