Two Propositions are binding with this text:
First: The Proposition No. 15 to the Odelstinget regarding the Act relating to amendments in the Copyright Act, etc. statutes to the dates of entry into force and transitional provisions.
As Other relation, Paragraph 2 of this Proposition repeals provisional Act No. 40 of 8 June 1979 relating to photocopying, etc. of protected works for use in educational activities.
Second: The Proposition No. 54 to the Odelsting regarding the Act relating to amendments of the Copyright Act, etc statutes to Commencement and transitional provisions.
As Other relation, Paragraph 1 of this Proposition repeals Act No. 1 of 17 June 1960 relating to rights in photographic pictures.
