International Patent Classification (IPC) Workshop
Geneva, February 25 and 26, 2013
Introduction
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) organized a Workshop to inform IPC users on the recent developments concerning the IPC and its relation to the two major local classification systems. The Workshop provided a forum to users to exchange views on their experience using the IPC.
Presentations at the IPC Workshop were made by leading experts in patent information and patent classification. Various developments and studies on IT-related tools were also presented.
The event was open to the general public.
