industrial design application and which is illustrated in
the following drawings in three different views including
the perspective view, as well as the front and side views,
is a "couch (sofa)" manufactured from plastic derivative
raw materials; The couch has a one-piece body; The couch
with rectangular structure and flat, cornered forms and its
each leg is designed in "L" form; The right and left
armrests and the rear backrest portion of the couch have a
structure with triangular appearance extending in a curved
and conical form in a way to narrow from the bottom to the
top; The rear backrest portion has a concave appearance in
the form of a slight arch on the horizontal plane; The
sitting portion of the couch also has a front surface with
outwardly curved form in the shape of a slight arch on the
horizontal plane / Modèle 1: Ce modèle, qui fait l'objet de la présente
demande de dessin ou modèle industriel et tel qu'illustré
sur les dessins joints sous trois vues différentes, soit
une vue en perspective et des vues de face et latérale, est
celui d'une banquette (canapé) fabriquée en matériaux bruts
dérivés de plastique; Cette banquette se compose d'un corps
d'un seul tenant; Cette banquette se caractérise par sa
structure rectangulaire et ses formes angulaires et plates,
chacun des pieds étant en forme de "L"; Les accoudoirs
droit et gauche ainsi que la partie arrière du dossier de
la banquette se caractérisent par une structure d'aspect
triangulaire se prolongeant en une forme cintrée et conique
telle que se rétrécissant du bas vers le haut; La partie
arrière du dossier de la banquette a un aspect concave en
forme d'arc discret sur le plan horizontal; L'assise de la
banquette comporte également une surface antérieure cintrée
vers l'extérieur en forme d'arc discret sur le plan
horizontal / Diseño 1: Nuestro diseño, que constituye el objeto de una
solicitud de diseño industrial y que se muestra en las
imágenes a continuación desde tres diferentes posiciones,
incluida la vista en perspectiva, así como las vistas
frontal y lateral, consiste en un sofá de materias primas
derivadas del plástico; El sofá esta fabricado en una sola
pieza; El sofá presenta una estructura rectangular y plana,
cuyas formas angulares y sus patas están diseñadas en "L";
Los reposabrazos derecho e izquierdo y la parte trasera del
respaldo del sofá presentan una estructura de apariencia
triangular que se prolonga en forma curvada y cónica y se
estrecha progresivamente en sentido abajo hacia arriba; La
parte trasera del respaldo tiene una apariencia cóncava
ligeramente arqueada en el plano horizontal; La parte del
asiento del sofá también tiene una superficie frontal de
forma curvada hacia el exterior y ligeramente arqueada en
